Excellent service from Steve and Charles for replacing my gutters and fascia boards. The work was completed to a high standard and at a very reasonable price.
I had a small issue afterwards, but when I called, they came out the same day and sorted it straight away. It’s great to deal with people who genuinely care about their work and their customers.
Steve and Charles are both lovely, reliable people, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for gutter or fascia board replacement. Very happy with the service!

Used twice, fantastic guys, friendly, efficient, reasonable and honest!!
Work was done to a high standard.
Now used for a third time!!
We had a bit of a problem no lead flashing between the extension and house!!! Previous owners fault. There was a bit of a leak!!
The guys came out, did a brilliant job, kept us updated.
Now no leak!!!
I highly rate them, thank you!!

Replacement flat roof and skylight
I recently had a flat roof and skylight replaced and I can't thank the guys at Mast House Services enough. It was a bit of a rush job and they were so accommodating and efficient. They made a very stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. I would highly recommend them

Charles answered my phone call immediately and offered to clean the gutters in an hours time which unfortunately I couldn’t manage. He came the following morning and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. A friendly tradesman who I have no hesitation in recommending. Well done.

Very reliable roofing contractor.
We have used this company twice for roof / chimney related work and cannot fault them. They return calls when promised, visit site promptly to assess work required and submit quotation, work quality is excellent, site clear-up after work is faultless, no-obligation attention is drawn to issues additional to planned scope discovered during execution of planned work. They will be our first call for any subsequent work.

Removed of a difficult chimney from a loft.
Great bunch of folk to deal with, quoted straight away and turned up with a squad to do the work in one day. removed 3 tonnes of brickwork by hand in buckets with no mess, tidied up and did a cracking job of closing the hole.

Nice guys, turned up on time, did a great job. The house looks so much better, and they went the extra mile to ensure everything matched and was finished neatly. There was no mess and no fuss, the guys got on with the job and started and finished when they said they would.

I have used Masterhouse in Darlington for several years. They have carried out roof repairs on my previous roof, fitted a new roof, fitted a dry verge, installed new guttering and cladded fascias on my house, garage and shed. Charles is always responsive and comes out as quickly as possible. They are very efficient, competitively priced and very honest. With Masterhouse I have found a roofing company that I can trust to react quickly, do a good job and be very fair with the pricing. Charles will never oversell a product or service but will always outline your options. He will always honour a guarantee. A very trustworthy man.
